Active Agers Yoga is the fun and practical way to gain the benefits of yoga for a wide spectrum of levels and personal circumstances.  Practiced from a chair and standing, it greatly benefits individuals who are recovering from an injury as well as those struggling to exercise with conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain, MS, scoliosis, heart disease and weight issues.

All Levels Yoga
increases strength, stability and flexibility. It balances all the systems of the body with therapeutic postures and connects you to the awareness of your breath. Modifications can be made for all levels no matter what your experience, beginner or established athlete.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

BODYPUMP™ is a total body free weight training class that uses barbells and dumbbells to bring dynamic weight training into the group fitness room.

BODYSTEP™is the energizing step workout.. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.

BURN is an hour of total body strength training and conditioning with an emphasis on technique and form to strengthen your core and supporting muscle groups. Weights. stability balls and high energy music are utilized to achieve noticeable results.

Cardio Stations is a half hour class using eight stations each working a different muscle group to get your heart rate elevated.

Cardio Stregth Training is a mix of cardio and weight training.  Class will help improve cardio endurance and strength.

Core & More
is a 30 minute freestyle core class that will utilize a variety of equipment to keep the workout fresh!

Country Heat is a country dance-inspired workout for all fitness levels. Choreographed to today's top country hits, you will be guided through easy to follow routines that are high energy and low impact.

CXWORX™ is a workout geared towards exercising muscles around the core.During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Fit at 50 + is a great low impact class geared towards active older adults. This class is filled with fun music to keep your heart rate and energy up!

Get It Right – Get It Tight Tired of doing the same workout week after week? Then come to Get It Right – Get It Tight - where no two classes will be exactly the same.

Pilates utilizes floor/mat exercises to stretch and stregthen the entire core.  Work abs/back/hips with specified moves that work your core all together.  Helps to improve posture, flexibility, balance and mind with fun, upbeat music.

POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

R.I.P.P.E.D. Experience this total body "plateau proof" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet.
