Parkside Athletics Racquetball
Are you new to racquetball or are you an experienced player? Parkside Athletics sports three racquetball/wallyball courts!
Not only is racquetball a fun sport, but it is a great way to improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, coordination, and flexibility. A good game of racqetball puts all your muscle groups to work, building strength and endurance. During one hour of recreational play, the average player will run two miles and burn over 600 calories - more than aerobics, basketball, or tennis!
